In this video we went island camping and got stranded because the tide was so low (full moon conditions) and we didn't have enough anchor rope... The plan was to wake up and go grouper fishing but we made the best of the situation by fishing on the island until the tide came up. We actually caught a bunch of fish, probably a couple dozen puppy drum and rat reds, keeping one 24 inch red fish for a nice dinner over the coals. Once the tide got back up, we went to troll for grouper and ended up with 4 fish in less than an hour, all a tad too short unfortunately. Great weekend outdoors as always and thankful for the adventure.
