Here we fish the finger channels of Miami's Biscayne Bay in hopes of mutton and mangrove snapper. Along the way, we run into a massive school of permit cruising around one of the shallow water wrecks. Unfortunately we didn't have the right bait to entice one of these crustacean-eating beauties.
