Catching COBIA Offshore St. Pete Beach w/ LandedFishing On this beautiful first weekend of March, we met up with Captain Randall Shaw of LandedFishing Charters to do some offshore fishing out of our hometown in St Pete FL. We sent it out in his loaded 25 ft Seapro in search of snapper and grouper. The bottom bite was virtually nonexistent with the minimal current and inability to fish the major feeding times, so we decided to switch gears and focus our efforts on the top of the water column. After a bit of live bait chumming over a wreck, a big school of cobia showed up and it was game on!
