The Lightest 500mm Lens I’ve Ever Tested | Sigma 500mm F5.6 Sport

Today, I'm going to be reviewing one of the lightest super telephoto prime lenses currently on the market. This is the Sigma 500mm F5.6 DG DN OS Sports Lens. Announced back in March of 2024. This lens is light. I mean really light, coming in around 70% lighter than the Sigma 500mm F4 that was released a few years ago, making this lens a great option if you're a travel, wildlife, or sports photographer. But although this lens might be lightweight, it's certainly not going to be light on your wallet coming in around £2,800 brand new. So is this lens worth the high price tag?
