CINEMATOGRAPHY BREAKDOWN | How we shot this SPEC AD with affordable lights & Sony FX 3 In collaboration with my friend, we created a video where we experimented with an idea I had using our combined lighting equipment. The end result is a spec ad consisting of four different scenes. We will provide information on the lighting used in each scene. We used the Sony FX3 as our primary camera for our equipment and employed the 20mm, 50mm, 35mm, and 85mm lenses for a wide range of shots. Our lighting setup included the Aputure 300d MK II, Amaran 200d, Aputure MC, and Nanlite tube lights. The video was shot in slog 3, cinema gamut.
