Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or large jar and marinate overnight. * I like to season the meat with salt and pepper AFTER I pull it from the marinade right before I cook it. 2. Cook the steak to your desired doneness. I did 130F for a medium rare. 3. Let the steak rest for 15 minutes while you cook a big handful of french fries. 3. Slice steak against the grain and place as much as you think you can eat into a large flour tortilla 4. Add cheese, fries, sour cream, guacamole, and do your best to roll that MF up! 5. Feel free to throw it on a hot pan to toast each side and melt the cheese. My cheese didn't melt because there was a lot going on with the filming process.
