In this second vlog of my little three-part series, I’m checking in with myself and asking a very real question: how much can I actually change my life in three weeks? I take you through my week day by day (Monday to Sunday), chatting honestly about my mental health, what I’m trying to put in place, and how I’m keeping myself grounded when motivation is wobbly. It’s a proper “come along with me” style week where I’m figuring things out as I go, not pretending I’ve got it all nailed. Because I’m me, planning and journaling are part of the story too. I lean on my favourite planner and journal bits to keep my head straight, and I also share the links I use all the time for my planner set-up, reading journal favourites, and theatre journaling/scrapbook goodies. If you’re trying to reset your routines, get back into reading, or just need a gentle nudge to keep going (without the toxic positivity), this one is for you. The biggest takeaway?
