About This Video

In this first weekly vlog of my little 3-part series, I’m asking the big question: how much can I actually change my life in three weeks? I’m taking you along day-by-day (Monday through Sunday) as I try to be a bit more intentional with my time, my headspace, and the routines that keep me feeling grounded. It’s a very chatty, real-life week where I’m checking in with my mental health, reflecting on what’s working (and what really isn’t), and trying to make small changes that actually feel doable. Because I’m me, planners and journalling are always part of the story—whether that’s using my planner to keep me on track, or leaning on my reading journal habits when I need something comforting and structured. I also share some of the fun bits that make life feel brighter again, including outings and things I’m loving, plus a few links to places and subscriptions I’ve been enjoying. If you’re in a season where you want a reset without the pressure of “overnight transformation,” this vlog is basically me proving that tiny steps still count—and that it’s okay to take it one week at a time.
