For a NAS, consistent airflow matters more than chasing RGB or marketing numbers, and Noctua fans are just dependable. This 120mm Redux PWM fan is a nice balance of performance and noise control, especially when you’re trying to keep a rackmount build from sounding like a jet. I’d rather spend a little more on fans than cook drives.
