Undo Send has been a feature of Gmail for a while. You're able to change settings and have Gmail stop any email from being sent, as long as you click on Undo Send link within 5 - 30 seconds. Most of the time - it's ok. But sometimes you forget that attachment you mentioned (and Gmail no longer will remind you that you did) or think of something in more than 30 seconds after hitting send and then you're out of luck - your email is on its way whether you like it or not. The new Scheduled Send capability allows you to indicate when you want to send an email, you can literally schedule for an email to be sent on any future day/time, with default being an hour from now. That's good enough for just about anyone. Simply schedule it as such and forget it. If you think of anything you missed or want to change or attach or even never send it - you can definitely do so.
