I used the Noctua NH-L9a-AM5 because I needed a low-profile cooler that would actually fit this tiny form factor. It was more affordable than I expected from Noctua, and it did the job without the system thermal throttling. In a 2.9L case, “it fits and it works” is basically the whole game.
