I tried the Laneige Neo Glow Cushion in 23N and it surprised me because the first layer can look more sheer/light unless you really press into the cushion to saturate the puff. It’s not as dewy as the name suggests, but it does look more skin-like after a few hours when my natural oils come through.
Pros
- +Can be worn as a sheer/light layer or built up to medium-full coverage
- +Good oil control despite being marketed as “glow”
- +Looks more integrated into the skin after a few hours
Cons
- -Not as dewy as expected for a glow cushion
- -Needs a few presses to properly saturate the puff at first
- -Can feel like a layer sitting on top initially
