I’m still running my Spot Hogg Fast Eddie because it’s a bombproof setup that I trust, and I didn’t want to change just because the AX-2 has a Picatinny mount option. Mine is the side-bolt style and it’s been rock-solid for hunting and for validating my tape out to mid-range distances.

- +Bombproof durability and holds zero
- +Works well with a repeatable sight tape setup
Cons
- -I didn’t switch to a Picatinny mount, so you may not use that AX-2 feature with this sight
- -Can add some weight compared to minimalist sights
