2022 is Heathrow's 75th birthday, and the time has come to open up the last of its closed terminals - Terminal 4 - as it continues to get back on its feet. However, it's not open for everyone - it is exclusively for passengers arriving from red list countries, and at the helm is passenger experience manager Numan. Numan is back after a year on furlough, and he is faced with a terminal full of 24 passengers who are missing 50 pieces of luggage... and it's his job to find them.
