Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper and pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 22 minutes, and allow it to cool completely before cutting into 12 squares. Place an egg square, bacon or sausage, and a slice of cheese on the bottom half of an English muffin and top with the other half of English muffin. Wrap with wax paper and place into freezer bags.
