I love cooking a variety of different dinners for my family of 5, that include healthy foods, and sometimes comfort foods. I believe in balance, which is why sometimes you'll see a lot of carb based meals, but I always try to pair my dinners with vegetables. I also believe that using real ingredients is key to great food. I use minimal packaged products when cooking dinners and always try to make my own sides rather than using convenience products (like mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and rice pilaf) because it doesn't take any more time than what it says on the box.
