A Goofy Movie Family Movie Night/Lester's Possum Pie, Hi Dad Soup & A Perfect Cast Fish Sticks

Here is my A Goofy Movie Family Movie Night video! In today's video we're celebrating the beginning of summer by watching A Goofy Movie and having A Goofy Movie inspired meals. First we're having breakfast. In A Goofy Movie, Max and Goofy stop off at diner and Max ordered a plate of sunny side up eggs and bacon in the form of a smiley face and Goofy orders a plate of short stacks. So that's exactly what I decided to make for my kids for breakfast! For dinner we had several different items, including a "leaning tower of cheeza" appetizer, "Hi Dad" Alphabet Soup with Sourdough Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, and "A Perfect Cast" Fish Sticks. For dessert, I decided to make Lester's Possum Park Pie and it was a major hit! Add chopped garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and broth and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, turn heat down to low, and cook for 20 minutes. Optional: before adding pasta, you can use a blender or immersion blender to make your tomato soup smoother if you prefer. After 20 minutes, add your pasts and cook for 10 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add in your chopped basil. Enjoy! The Perfect Cast Fish Sticks: Place 10 fish sticks in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 8-9 minutes, turning halfway.
