Creamy Chicken and Herby Potato Skillet
This is hands-down one of my kids’ favorite dinners, and I literally just made it last night. It’s perfect for using up a big Costco bag of russet potatoes, and it’s such a cozy, simple skillet meal. I keep coming back to it because it’s easy and it actually gets eaten without a fight.
