I was actually excited to ride my shortboard with Surf Lies forecasting Head High waves today. I think it was thigh high at best with most waves in the ankle to knee high LMAO and not only was it small it was really soft, no energy. Some how I was able to catch a few on my short board which wasn't easy at 53 years old and 200lbs. Hopefully that swell fills in for Tomorrow and it's actually Head High, I'm gonna take the Gerry out and maybe go to Diamond Head. Check back tomorrow to see if this swell actually shows up.
