Usually August to early September is trunkable for me. I was really hoping for some of this south swell to hit Swamis so I could get a good test of this new Scott Burke board unfortunately I guess there was too much south in this swell. Swamis ended up being knee to belly button high on top of a high tide, which made things difficult. I got frustrated for a bit but ended up enjoying myself and always feel better having surfed.
