Surfing La Jolla, CA and Alien Visit?

Haven't surfed in 3 weeks, busy with the Van and Studio we are renovating, plus we've had a lot of cold and rainy days. I finally got a new wetsuit wanted to try out my new suit with my shortboard for the first time in cold water. We also wanted to try sleeping in Mission Bay for the first time. So we packed up the van and made our way to the beach.
