In this video, I set out for epic head dips at Black’s Beach, only to discover the new 2-hour residential parking limit—barely enough for an hour of surfing after the long trek down and up! Despite a gorgeous day with head-high (and slightly overhead) waves, I only caught two rides before the grueling 30-minute hike back to my van.
