Building The Next Decade (Rep.004)

This week was a big one. Wednesday and Thursday were both great training days on Beach Road and the Velodrome, but the real win was spending hours building out the Brace decade plan. It's now a 15 to 20 page document that outlines everything. The mission, my role, revenue milestones, and exactly where I want this business to be in years 1, 3, 5 and 10. The goal is simple: world number one in athlete branding, with a more integrated, holistic approach that combines personal branding with the mental performance and sports psychology work I genuinely care about. I also sat down with Lucas McAllister, a standout player from my alma mater Whitman, who's looking to make the jump to the professional game. We talked about what personal branding actually means for a player in his position, and how showing up clearly online can open doors with coaches before you ever step on a pitch.
