In this video I do an in-depth review of the Citysports under desk walking treadmill, and I walk you through the setup, the included accessories, the main functions, and a quick real-world demo. Out of the box it was packaged really well and there honestly isn’t much assembly—most of what you’re doing is getting familiar with the manual, the remote, and the power setup. I show the remote (which stores right in the built-in slot), the included battery, and the on/off switch location. I also point out the built-in speaker and the clear LED display that tracks speed, calories, time, and distance. One thing I genuinely like is the power cord setup: the treadmill has a small connector and then uses a standard “printer/computer” style cord with a decent length. During the demo I adjust speed with the remote and explain who this is ideal for—someone using it under a standing desk or anyone who wants something simple for walking. It can go faster, but since there’s no support bar, I wouldn’t buy this expecting a serious running treadmill. Overall, I’ve got no real complaints—simple, useful, and the emergency stop button on the remote is a nice safety touch.
