In this video I’m showing you how I designed custom cabinets for my 2011 Honda Element E-camper—because if you’ve ever tried to make a tiny space feel like a real “home,” you already know storage is everything. I walk through the layout choices I made, how I’m thinking about day-to-day use (not just how it looks on camera), and why I’m building this setup to work with the way I actually camp: simple, functional, and easy to live with. This is very much a “learning as I go” build, but I’m sharing the design mindset that’s helped me the most: measure for the things you truly use, keep access easy, and don’t block the flow of the Element. The big takeaway is that a Honda Element camper build doesn’t have to be complicated to be comfortable—you just need a plan that fits your life.
