In this vlog, I’m taking you along for my first market of 2025—from the prep all the way through the recap. I share the good, the bad, and the ugly, because that’s the real life of selling crochet plushies in person. Market days can be super rewarding, but they can also be a lot on your body, your inventory, and your brain, so I wanted to document what worked, what didn’t, and what I’m changing for the next one. I also talk about a couple of the patterns that were part of my market makes, including my Heeler Pups (blue dog) crochet pattern and the felt dog faces I use for those super clean, consistent eyes. If you’re doing markets this year, my biggest takeaway is to prep like you’re helping “future you” survive the day—have a plan, keep notes, and don’t be afraid to adjust after you see what customers actually respond to.
