Recipe: 3-4 garlic heads, depending on the size of the jar you use (I use more since I actually eat the cloves a few times a week and I’ll replenish throughout the season when running low) 1 purple onion chopped Fresh or dried Oregano - 1 tsp 1/2 Ginger peeled and chopped Fresh or dried Rosemary - 1 tsp Raw organic honey or Manuka honey - Local is best Let it sit to ferment for at least 2 weeks before using. Store it up to 1 year on counter. Open the jar daily and “burp” the honey each day so that it won’t explode. Also, don’t fill the jar all the way up to the top like I did, I need to transfer it to a larger jar. Got this recipe last year from @QuenaReChaud and GUYS it was our healthiest winter yet. I actually eat a garlic clove every few days along with 1 tbsp syrup(the honey part, not the chunks lol) and didn’t get sick AT ALL.
