This 90s GT Avalanche mountain bike was down bad, but I knew it had potential. After two months of hard work — stripping the parts down to the chromoly frame, tracking down parts at a bike swap, and rebuilding it piece by piece — it's finally back together and better than ever! This vintage GT Avalanche is now a 1 of 1 custom bike that has a ton of character! Restoring a 33-year-old steel mountain bike wasn't easy, but it was totally worth it.
