The first thing you want to do is go to the dashboard, then you create your first campaign. Then the next thing you want to do is select a template for your blog, you can preview it to see what it looks like on desktop or on mobile. You can see the ‘thank you’ page, and then you can click on Create Campaign. Then you can type in the domain of the campaign, just enter and click on next. Following that, I want you to edit the pop-up, so you can edit the details according to your choice, and content. After everything is set, you just click on Next, or save. Then you click on next, and there we can decide when and where this pop-up can show up. You can decide this to be desktop only, or mobile only, or you can choose both. Also you can add more triggers so that it will show on different times. Maybe you want a welcome pop-up, so you can change the settings to make the pop-up show after zero seconds. You can choose the frequency, and also you can add conditions like how much time they spend on the pages, or how much time they spend on the site, or if they should be a returning visitor, or a new visitor or the source. There's so many things you can do, you can integrate with Google, or you can integrate with your autoresponder as well, if you have one. Then you can go to home, and click on insert code, then you can go to WordPress to download the plug-in and install it to your WordPress site. After you install a plug-in, you go to Appearance, and then OptiMonk, you type into your account ID, and then you save the changes. Before you start testing your pages, be sure to turn on the campaign right, you also want to clear the cache, for example, list. As you can see, when I try to leave the page, there's an exit pop-up here, so that is how you can use exit pop-out on your site. If you don't like this version, you can create a new campaign by using a different design. We follow the same procedure as previously shown. We can change object text, font size, even the color of the button, and the background color as well. Then you can go to ‘Thank You’, but you can also choose to not go there. You can change that ‘on click,’ and select ‘redirect.’ Then you can choose to go to your Thank You page. Afterwards, you can click on Save, then you click on Next, and you can add more triggers while deciding if you want to show on mobile or desktop or both. You can add more triggers like if you want the pop-up to show up after ‘x’ seconds, or after ‘x’ percent or scrolling. Then you can choose the audience who are going to see it, and how frequently people are going to see, and if they spend ‘x’ seconds on the page, maybe then they will see this pop-up. You can decide so many things; if they are returning visitors, or new visitors, or what source they're coming from, are they from Google or from Facebook, or what countries? Then you can click on Add Integration, so you can integrate with your auto-responder like Active Campaign, so all you have to do is type in your API key and API URL. So after people sign up, they will be added to your list automatically. Then you click on Next, and after everything is set, you just go to turn on this campaign. Then you go back to your site, and clear the cache. You can reload the page, so you can see when we try to leave the page, there's a new exit pop-up here. That’s it for this video.
