In the previous video, I mentioned that in order for you to build a profitable and saleable business, you have to build a funnel. We also mentioned how to build a funnel. So you may have questions like: hey Nick, right now, I know how to build a funnel, but how do I generate leads for my funnel? How do I get people to sign up for my email list? In this video, I want to talk about two different ways in which you can generate leads for you network marketing business. There are two categories of lead generation here. The first one is publishing, and the other one is ads. Publishing means you have to work your way in, and ad means you have to pay your way in. When it comes to publishing, there are three different ways which you can utilize. You can publish YouTube videos, you can maybe compare different business opportunities, or review network marketing companies. When people are checking that content, you know they are qualified because they are looking for an opportunity. You can also publish a blog. Or you can do a podcast. Blog is really powerful because you don’t have to do it yourself. You can hire someone to write for you, maybe a ghost-writer. Also, if you don’ feel comfortable in front of a camera, a podcast can be really powerful. All you need is a phone, and you can record the entire episode. These are the three ways. If you are just getting started, I would recommend you to do publishing, as it’s free and you don’t have to pay for anything. If you want to scale, if you want your business to grow faster, you can try to pay for ads. You can pay for Facebook, Google, or YouTube ads. You want to be moderate with them, you can’t go like: hey, join my opportunity, you will make lots of money. If you do that, those platforms will shut you down. If you want to be more aggressive, there are two types of ads that you can run. The first one is solo ad. Some people already have lists. So you can pay them to send emails to their list on your behalf, recommending your offer. Majority of the solo ad vendors below to the ‘making money online’ niche, which means if you want to target those people who are looking for a business opportunity, then this is a great place for you to go. Another one is native ad. Sometimes you will see recommended posts under a website. Some of those posts are actually not recommended. It is an ad. So that is really powerful. They actually have very little restrictions on how the ad should be, so you can make it aggressive. So you can either do publishing, or run ads.
