In this video, I want to talk about how you can structure your content to generate leads and sales. You will notice that this structure is universal, which means you can apply it for your emails, e-books, blog posts, videos or even your audience. You want to get our audience’s attention because if they don't even open our email, or don't click on the link, there's no way for them to consume the content. The key here is we want to use pattern interrupt so we want to make sure our content will stand out from the crowd, so if they are scrolling down Facebook, we want to do something interesting, or we want to show some picture which is unlike other pictures they are going to see on Facebook. If it's a subject line, we want to make sure we don't write as if we are writing a promotional email. We are writing so we can stand out, so we want to give them some intriguing titles which will make them want to learn more. We want them to get them feel interested about the content right so the key here is we want to give them some big, bold and intriguing promise like ‘you will get to learn this,’ so they feel intrigued to learn more. Then we want to deliver the content we just promised. The key here is the why and what, but not how. So why would be the context of the story; the reason why those things are important, and what can be like five things you should know about losing weight or the five things you should know about making money, etc. The how would be the call to action. When we cover the content, we want to mention the next thing; something they haven't learned during the regular content, maybe due to lack of enough time, or lack of room, so we say that you have learned this particular thing, but due to lack of time, we haven’t covered the this, so we will give you some e-book, or report so you can learn about that as well. So that is the cliff hanger, like when you are watching a show and you have a great time, but at the end of the show, they'll have some bad guys showing up, or they will have some car accident, or something along those lines, and then stop there. So you would want to know what happens next, so that’s how you make them intrigued about further content. Next you have the call to action which includes you asking the audience to click on a link, or book a call with you, or get a free book, so it's something that you want them to do. Example 1: you are telling your audience the five ways to lose weight. So you talk about how to lose weight, and then tell them that they may need some step-by-step guide, or maybe a daily meal plan in order to implement the things we just covered. So if you want the meal plan, plan, they can get it for free by clicking on the link provided. Example 2: you are telling your audience the five different ways to make money online, then you offer them a real system they can implement to make money online. They can get the system by clicking on the link. This is how you can structure your content to generate lead, sales, or even to just get clicks. I hope you enjoyed that.
