It helps you impart your knowledge, and also earn money along the way. While creating and selling your own course can first appear to be a daunting process, it can become quite easy and profitable if you follow certain practices, and are well aware of how you can increase your profitability. I have laid those out in my videos, and trainings. Are you wondering how much money you can make from selling an online course, the quick answer for that is, it depends. There is no BS here. It really depends. This is because there are five major factors that can determine your profitability. In this video, I want to talk about five major factors that can help you make a smart decision when it comes to doing your research. The first one is the Market Size. If you are talking to market size that is small, there is no way for you to make lots of money. Say you have only one hundred audience, there is no possibility for you to make money from them. So, you want to choose big enough a market. The best market are the big three; the big three are the health, the relationship, and the money. When you are creating your course, you want to choose between those three big markets. You can choose the niche with those market, but those three are the best three market you can choose from. Another one is the audience. Audience means that how old are they, how much money do they have. If you are targeting maybe students, there is no way for them to pay your high ticket price. If you are targeting rich guys, they can pay more for your training. Your audience is the one factor as well. Another one is competition. If there are so many people selling the same content, it is hard for you to stand out. It is hard for you to sell your product for a high price, so you want to do something to make your product stand out and make it different and you also want to build your own brand. That is how you stand out from a crowd. Another one is price point. Even though you target the right audience, if you do not have confidence to sell your product for a high price, there is no way for you to earn that money as well. You need to make sure that you add more value, and you make your product more valuable so that you can increase the price. Another one is upsell, which means other products that you can sell after they buy your first product. If they can buy your second product or they can buy your third product, then you can make more money from your audience. These are the five factors that can determine your profitability on the market. I hope you enjoyed that.
