I have created this video to let you know about all these. Let's get started. -- The first on is IF/ELSE condition. It determines does your subscriber match the certain condition or not. If your subscriber matches the condition set by automation then they will go to the YES round and if they do not matches the certain condition then it will go to NO round. There are certain options in it. For example you can select if the user does not click on the click. You can automatically select that if he doesn't click on the click it will fall into YES category and If it clicks the link it will go to NO category. If someone didn't click on the click then you can send them email reminder that 'hey! you didn't click on the link......' and if someone clicked on the link you can tag them and this will help you in future automation and stuff. For those who clicked on the link after the email reminder then you can apply the go to condition and they will also receive the tag that was earlier received by YES category users. -- I have also described the real life story of the automation which I am using it for my business. There are multiple things that I keep in mind. Firs one is that they do not miss message and secondly they do not saw the same story twice. I try to maintain the story sequence.
