Over the past couple of years, my home office slowly became more and more cluttered. Not in an obvious, dramatic way, but in a way that quietly made work harder than it needed to be. The real issue wasn’t the mess, it was that I never had a clear system. Things didn’t have a permanent place to live, so they’d end up on my desk, on the floor, or piled into drawers “for later”. At the start of this year, I finally decided to fix it properly. This video isn’t about creating a perfect or expensive setup. It’s about designing a workspace that actually works day to day, reduces mental clutter, and supports the kind of work I want to do more of this year. I walk through the process of reorganising my office, building simple systems, 3D printing custom storage, and making small changes that ended up making a much bigger difference than I expected. If you’ve been putting off organising your own space, hopefully this gives you some motivation to start, even if it’s just one small part. Thanks for watching. If you enjoyed this more narrative style video, let me know in the comments. I’m planning to make more content like this this year. 🔔 SUBSCRIBE for more 📱 Follow Me ✨ Instagram | https://www.instagram.com/nickkendall_/
