WEST INDIES LOOK TO MAINTAIN TEST SUCCESS AGAINST SRI LANKA IN CARIBBEAN

West Indies will look to maintain their immaculate Test record against Sri Lanka in the Caribbean when the two-Test series begins in Antigua on Thursday. West Indies have never lost a Test series to Sri Lanka at home, having won the two-match series in 1997 and 2003, then drawing in 2007, 2018 and 2020. Ahead of the first Test, Head Coach Daren Sammy is optimistic his men can maintain their record in the Caribbean. He was confident in the team’s preparations and the reuniting of the four-prong pace attack featuring Kemar Roach, Alzarri Joseph, Jayden Seales and Shamar Joseph.
