The SHOUT4CHANGE competition that highlights youth-led environmental advocacy was held on Friday, World Environment Day. Dr. Dave Lalltoo, co-founder and President of Recover Guyana, said the SHOUT programme, has grown into far more than a speaking competition. With 20 national finalists from public and private schools taking the stage this year, moots that support green projects and maintaining the country’s commitment to the global sustainability goals were central to the competition.
