FROM BUSINESS DEALS TO HIT SONGS: JEFFERS SAYS ‘MASTER YOUR CRAFT’

Many see Andre Jeffers as a master of his craft — at ANSA McAL, where he serves as Group Chief Strategy Officer, and as a songwriter behind the infectious 'Pardy' and 'Encore' soca hits. At the Econome V conference in Georgetown last weekend, Jeffers was eager to share his lessons, especially with young Guyanese, whom he believes should capitalise on the abundant opportunities in the country. While there are endless business lessons, Jeffers says successful entrepreneurs all master their craft, pivot when they make mistakes, and understand what truly drives business.
