LAGOM is Swedish for not too much, not too little, just the right amount. The team aims to bring this philosophy of balance into every healthcare professional's lives through LAGOM. Through resources, curation of psychological first-aid courses, and creating a community for youths to share freely, LAGOM wants to ensure healthcare professionals are equipped to take care of their own mental health.
