#StrongerThanEver (Trailblazer): Dylan Zeng

Dylan's journey growing up here was not easy. When he came to Singapore at a young age, he did not know how to speak English and was often bullied in school. To Dylan, life isn't always smooth sailing but he stands by the belief that you always bounce back from your failures. Dylan knew that he had always wanted to start his own business. Despite facing objections from his parents because his father wanted him to take over the family business, he was driven to prove them wrong. Having seen gaps in his father's business especially during the pandemic, Dylan had an idea to create a bridge between companies looking for freelancers. That was how the platform Glance.sg came about. It has now grown to a 12-men strong team. All these would not have been possible if not for the support that Dylan got, especially from his life mentor Rafael. His mentor was there for him from the beginning, and was a key figure during his highs and lows.
