Rachel wanted to pursue a career in music after she graduated, but the pandemic thwarted her plans of wanting to perform in front of a live audience. She came across the opportunity to sign up for the YouthTech Programme by the National Youth Council, where she could learn hand-on skills in video editing and graphic design in a new industry.
