Pre-pandemic, Jocelyn was a freelance project manager for art exhibitions and assisted photography and videography projects. During the pandemic, she found a traineeship opportunity at the National Gallery Singapore through the National Youth Council's YouthTech programme. She converted to full-time during the programme as she found herself doing something meaningful that could impact the community through promoting arts for the under-served groups at the Gallery.
