YOUTUBE SAVED ME from a Costly Mistake - Changing the fluid in the 1966 Ford 3000 Tractor. I finally got a chance to do some much needed maintaenance on the ford 3000 tractor. The tractor had been sitting for over two years. it took some work getting it started after sitting all that time but it was fun tinkering with it. But i also feel bad that it sat neglected for so long. But I am sure from this point forward it will see plenty of work on the farm. It took me a whole day to get it started and running again, but the next day it started right up. Then i proceeded to change the oil and fluids, being my first time changing fluids in a tractor I almost made a costly mistake, But youtube saved me at the last minute.
