In this video I’m walking you through the hybrid planning system I’m using for the rest of 2025 to manage projects, protect my focus, and keep my life feeling organized (without me having to hold everything in my head). The big idea is simple: I let digital tools do what they do best—remind me, alert me, and keep me on schedule—while my paper planner is where I go for deep work, routines, and the “real” day-to-day planning that keeps me consistent. I’m using Google Calendar as my digital assistant for appointments, time-specific commitments, and project reminders, and then I’m anchoring my daily execution in my paper system—specifically my Common Planner by Sterling Ink. I also share a couple of iPad apps I like (Planmore and Paper) for when I need a more flexible digital space for planning and brainstorming.
