The Therm-a-Rest NeoLoft is the thickest and cushiest backpacking mattress I’ve ever used at about 4.6 inches thick. I’m usually critical of Therm-a-Rest baffle comfort, but this is the first one I actually love because you can really dial in the feel with air pressure.
