Then I walked you step-by-step on the method I use when TikTok starts acting up, because not everybody on YouTube will show you the real working way. What I did is simple: I used my P Subscribe Pro to connect to a clean ISP IP, specifically Comcast Cable Communications LLC, and the one you should pick is the New York City (New York State) option. I also explained how to confirm if it’s truly connected, because sometimes the app will show errors or your IP balance will look like zero even when it’s working. So I check my IP on the browser (IP location / what is my IP) and make sure I’m showing United States, plus I check the privacy index. After that, I cleared TikTok, opened it again (network may slow small), and boom—my messages started sending and the restriction was solved.
