Modding a DBZ Cooler Helmet

What's cooler than a Frieza Helmet? A Cooler Helmet from Dragon Ball Z made by PR Props that I get to modify. For this build I used: 1 Cooler Helmet casting, cardboard, foil, Free Form Air epoxy, 2 inch PVC pipe, wood block for the base, gilding adhesive, gold leaf, Modern Masters Rust Metal Effects, curry spice, Mod Podge, super glue, spray paint, and some Plaid FX acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a Dremel with various bits, heat gun, and Exacto knife or box cutter.
