How many of you have waited until the last minute to build something for a costume? In this build, I do a speed run the night before to make some crowns for a costume day at work. I pulled some files from my Viking Link cosplay and quickly made two crowns for my fellow art teacher and myself to go along with our Viking attire. For this build, I used: 4 mm EVA foam, 6mm and 4 mm EVA half dowel, contact cement, Plasti Dip, and various rub-n-buff metallic paints. You may also need the following tools: a rotary tool with multiple bits, a heat gun, a woodburner or laser cutter, and an Exacto knife or box cutter.
