MAKING LEATHER POUCHES

To kick off 2026, I thought I would share with you a fun project I built with a friend of mine. We used some scrap leather that I had left over from previous projects and remnants from the craft store. We made several leather belt pouches for our Ren Faire Costumes. For this build, I used various thicknesses and types of leather, leather lace, resin skulls, metal and plastic beads, O-rings, and pop rivets.
