The new movie Thunderbolts came out this past week, so I thought I would look into something cool to make from it. It just so happened that Red Guardian got a new helmet that looks like a spin-off of a Captain America helmet I have already built. Time for a template modding session. For this build, I used: 6 mm, 4 mm, and 2 mm EVA foam, elastic banding, triangular rings, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, and various acrylic paint. You may also need the following tools: a rotary tool with multiple bits, a heat gun, and an Exacto knife or box cutter.
