Making a Functional Viking Drinking Horn

I made a Viking drinking horn for a friend of mine for Christmas. And now that the holidays have passed, I can share with you some of those builds. I hope you enjoy this build, where I show you how to scrimshaw, seal a buffalo horn, and make a leather holder for it to attach to a belt. For this build, I used a buffalo horn, 2 mm leather, leather cordage, various beads for decoration, beeswax to seal it, and some waxed thread. You may also need a hobby knife, a hole punch, leather stitching chisels, a mallet, a burner to heat the wax, a kettle, and a rotary tool.
